Agent safety should be part of the brokerage promise.
RJ SafeShow is a simple showing safety check-in built by RJ Williams & Company for the moments agents know too well: walking into a property, meeting people away from the office, and hoping someone would know quickly if something felt wrong.
Our mantra is simple: take care of people and people take care of you. We built SafeShow because that should mean more than good intentions. It should show up in the systems, habits, and culture around the people who trust us with their careers and their families.
Take care of people, and people take care of you.
That is the thread behind SafeShow. If we ask agents to serve clients at a high level, we also need to build the kind of environment where agents feel seen, supported, and protected while doing the work.
Peace of mind should not depend on memory, luck, or a group text.
Agents often show properties alone, after hours, in unfamiliar places, or with people they have not met before. Most of the time, everything is fine. But “most of the time” is not good enough when someone's spouse, children, parents, or teammates are trusting that they will make it home safely.
RJ SafeShow gives agents a simple habit: start the check-in, choose who should know, finish safe, extend if needed, or alert people if something does not feel right.
A lightweight check-in flow agents can actually use.
The system is intentionally simple. It is not meant to slow agents down. It is meant to add structure before a showing begins and clear actions while the showing is active.
Enter the showing
Start with the address or MLS number. SafeShow can verify the listing and fill the showing address when possible.
Choose who should know
Select office contacts, personal emergency contacts, or a custom contact for that specific appointment.
Set the check-in window
Pick the expected showing duration so the system knows when the appointment should be complete.
Check in or ask for help
End safe when finished, extend if the showing runs long, or alert contacts if the agent needs a call, backup, or emergency help.
The people who love our agents deserve a better answer than “I'll be fine.”
Real estate is personal. So is safety. RJ SafeShow was developed around the belief that a brokerage should care about the whole agent: their production, their career, their confidence, and the people waiting for them to get home.
No technology can remove every risk. But a brokerage can invest in better habits, faster signals, clearer follow-up, and systems that show agents they are not out there by themselves.
RJ SafeShow is one piece of a larger brokerage standard: accessible leadership, real support, practical tools, and a company that treats agent well-being as part of the business model.
We are investing in agents beyond splits and slogans.
Recruiting should not only be about commission plans, leads, and logos. Those things matter, but agents also need to know whether a brokerage is building real infrastructure around them.
Not just a slogan
Agent safety is easy to talk about and hard to operationalize. RJ SafeShow is one example of RJ turning “take care of people and people take care of you” into a tool agents can actually use.
Simple by design
The goal is not to create a complicated safety dashboard. The goal is to make the safe choice easy at the moment an agent needs it.
Human support still matters
Technology helps with signals, alerts, and context. The heart of the system is still people paying attention to people.
What agents can do inside SafeShow.
Simple answers for agents comparing brokerages.
What is RJ SafeShow?
RJ SafeShow is an RJ Williams & Company safety check-in workflow for agents. It helps agents start a timed showing check-in, choose safety contacts, share property context, and trigger follow-up actions if they need help.
Is RJ SafeShow public for buyers and sellers?
No. RJ SafeShow is built for RJ agents and internal safety workflows. The public page explains the investment and culture behind the tool.
Does SafeShow replace calling 911?
No. SafeShow is not a substitute for emergency services. If there is immediate danger, agents should call 911 first. SafeShow is an added layer for check-ins, contact alerts, and office follow-up.
Why does this matter for recruiting?
It shows that RJ Williams & Company is investing in systems that protect agents, support families, and treat agent well-being as part of the brokerage promise.
Curious what else RJ is building around agent support?
RJ SafeShow is one example. The bigger story is a brokerage investing in systems, mentorship, broker access, marketing, commercial growth, feedback tools, learning, and the kind of support that helps agents build a real business.
If that sounds like the kind of brokerage conversation you want, tell us where you are in your career and what kind of future you are trying to build.
